Notice: These terms are a template and have not been reviewed by legal counsel. Before launching DigitLink to the public, have an attorney licensed in US sweepstakes law review and finalize this document. Particular attention should be paid to the AMOE procedure, state-by-state eligibility, and prize redemption mechanics.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DigitLink, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform operated at digitlink.mobi and related web properties. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

DigitLink is offered only to individuals who:

Are at least 21 years of age (or older, where required by the jurisdiction in which you reside).
Are a legal resident of the United States.
Are physically located in a US state or territory where our sweepstakes format is lawful.
Are not on any state or self-exclusion list and have not been previously banned from DigitLink.

We do not offer the service to residents of any jurisdiction where sweepstakes of this format are prohibited, or where we have not completed the registration, licensing, or disclosure requirements necessary to operate lawfully. A current list of excluded jurisdictions is available at Appendix A.

2. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Maintain the security of your password and account.
Promptly notify us at support@digitlink.mobi if you suspect unauthorized use.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must verify your age and identity before redeeming prizes. We may use third-party identity-verification services to confirm your eligibility. Failure to pass verification may result in account suspension.

3. Virtual Currencies

DigitLink uses two types of virtual currency:

Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are for entertainment only and have no cash value, no redemption value, and cannot be exchanged for prizes. They are usable only within supported games on the DigitLink platform.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC)

Sweepstakes Coins are redeemable for prizes in accordance with our redemption rules. SC are not purchased directly. They are obtained as a bonus when you acquire Gold Coins, through promotional events, daily rewards, and by using the free Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 4. SC have no cash value until redeemed.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign Gold Coins, Sweepstakes Coins, or any other in-platform item for real-world value, and any such attempt is grounds for immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of balances.

4. No Purchase Necessary · AMOE

No purchase is necessary to play DigitLink or to win prizes. Sweepstakes Coins are available free of charge through our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).

To obtain Sweepstakes Coins without making any purchase, send a request by email to amoe@digitlink.mobi with your full name, date of birth, the email address associated with your DigitLink account, and the statement "I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins through the Alternative Method of Entry." We will credit your account within five business days.

The number of Sweepstakes Coins obtainable through AMOE equals or exceeds the maximum number obtainable through any paid method. Free Sweepstakes Coins obtained via AMOE play identically to Sweepstakes Coins obtained with a purchase.

5. Redemptions

Once your account has accumulated a sufficient balance of Sweepstakes Coins (the minimum threshold is displayed in your account settings), you may request redemption. Redemption options, processing times, and any applicable fees are described in your account and may change with notice.

We may decline a redemption request if we have not been able to verify your identity, if the request appears fraudulent, if required documentation is missing, or as required by applicable law.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

We may run promotions, sign-up bonuses, daily-reward programs, mail-in bonuses, or referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own rules, which will be presented at the point of entry and form part of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Create more than one account, or create an account on behalf of anyone else.
Use the service from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so.
Use any automated means (bots, scripts, or software) to access or interact with the platform.
Exploit bugs, errors, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
Collude with other players, share account credentials, or coordinate play across accounts.
Use the service for money laundering or to finance any unlawful activity.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the platform.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or staff.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of balances. We may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

The DigitLink platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., usernames, chat messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with operating the platform.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY, STATE].

Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us at support@digitlink.mobi to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@digitlink.mobi. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; redemption rules in Section 5 will apply to any remaining eligible balance.

Appendix A · Excluded Jurisdictions

DigitLink may not be available in jurisdictions where social sweepstakes are prohibited or restricted. We will maintain a current list of excluded jurisdictions at /eligibility.html. Residents of those jurisdictions may not register, log in, or play. We may use location data to enforce this restriction.
